Miten brings over 20 years’ experience in both commercial and public practice, including tax and audit expertise. He is uniquely positioned to assist migrants with business interests, business acquisitions and with small business interests.
Born in Kenya, and fluent in English, Gujarati and Swahili, Miten and his wife, together with their two children love to travel and experience the world.
We think Miten’s choice to migrate to Australia 14 years ago, was one of his best, as this soccer and cricket loving, Bollywood fan never lets anything slip through his fingers when it comes to being part of our team.
ADRIAN DEARDEN BBus, CA
Adrian joined us in 2004, and became a partner in 2007. He has been in public practice for over 20 years, bringing with him a lengthy and accomplished career history, including time spent with GFO Hearne Accountants, William Buck and Shakespeare Partners.
He is highly skilled in the areas of superannuation and all matters pertaining to small business enterprises.
Adrian believes in pursuing an active and healthy lifestyle with his family, and balances his work life with keeping fit by running and competing in triathlons. When his legs need a break, he loves to get off the beaten track and take his children four-wheel driving to experience the best of what the bush has to offer.
HUGH ZIMMERMAN BBus, CA, CPA
Hugh started his career in the commercial finance sector in 1992 with Bankwest after completing his Bachelor of Business in 1990. Since then, Hugh has worked across several prominent accountancy firms, including PKF Australia and BDO Australia, bringing extensive knowledge and an esteemed reputation to the Galluccio Griggs team in 2015.
With a parallel career in the Australian Army Reserves, Hugh has enjoyed a rich and varied career, including 5 years as an infantry soldier, and 20 as an artillery officer. Retiring from the Army Reserves in 2015, Hugh continues to be a valued member of the community, serving on the RAAFA Aged Care Audit Committee as well as several other community organisations.
Bringing his sharp-shooting skills to the Galluccio Griggs team, Hugh is a gun at small business administration and taxation matters, accounting and bookkeeping software, business budgeting and planning, start-ups, estate planning, business structuring, succession planning, buying and selling businesses or capital assets and business performance review and improvement.
When he’s not busy at work or in the community, his favourite past-time is to marshal his own troops - wife, and two children - and make the most of the glorious West Australian coastline.
NICK DILORENZO BBus, CTA, CPA
Nick’s experience in finance and accounting spans over 30 years. His depth of knowledge about the Western Australian business scene is prodigious, and we are fortunate to have his acumen to draw upon.
Nick completed his Bachelor of Business in Accounting in 1979, going on to become a member of the CPA in 1981, and becoming accredited as a CTA in 2012.
Before joining Galluccio Griggs in 1985, he was the Practice Manager for CP Bird (now RSM Bird Cameron), overseeing a wide range of clients and their financial requirements.
Nick became a partner in 1988, working closely with clients across their diverse business and accountancy needs, including advising on superannuation, rollovers, purchase of properties and pension calculations and many other business matters.

Rohit has been an integral member of the Galluccio Griggs team since joining us in 1983. His early career was spent at Price Waterhouse - Kenya, where he worked as a CA. As a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Accountants, Rohit went on to further consolidate his expertise, becoming a CPA in 1990, and a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2012.
These comprehensive qualifications are reflected in his precise approach to effectively structuring small to medium businesses, tax planning, budgeting and planning, bank liaison, estate planning, succession planning, buying and selling businesses or capital assets, business performance review and improvement and superannuation planning.
Rohit brings both an impressive skill set and reputation for reliability to Galluccio Griggs. The fact that he is fluent in three languages - Gujarati and Hindi as well as English, just adds to his list of notable accomplishments.
